James is known for his strong analytical and problem-solving approach to service delivery. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Physics from Zhejiang University of Technology.

Daniel Williams is a strategic growth and commercial leader who serves as the Chief Revenue Officer. He has more than two decades of experience driving revenue transformation across the technology, telecommunications, and enterprise services sectors. Prior roles include senior positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Splunk, and EDB, where he scaled international sales and led global partnerships. His expertise in go-to-market strategy and cross-functional leadership supports Telestar's long-term growth initiatives. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southampton.

Marcella Gunarto is the Chief Finance Officer, bringing over 20 years of experience, including eight years in senior finance leadership. She manages Telestar's financial management, process improvement, and strategic reporting functions, aligning financial discipline with operational excellence. Marcella is a Chartered Accountant and an Executive MBA candidate at the AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
