Julie Ayad is the Chief Executive and co-founder of Telestar Communications, an Australian technology firm with over 100 employees. Telestar provides technology lifecycle and managed services to enterprise and government clients. With over two decades of leadership experience, she has transformed the company into a trusted partner for optimising mobility, reducing costs, and achieving measurable outcomes for hybrid and remote workforces. She holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of New South Wales.

James Jiang leads Telestar’s operational delivery and service management functions, with more than 15 years of experience in technology operations. His expertise spans process optimisation, incident reduction, customer experience improvement, and scalable ICT delivery. James is known for driving efficiency and reliability across complex service environments. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Physics from Zhejiang University of Technology.

Marcella Gunarto oversees Telestar’s financial strategy, governance, and performance. She brings over a decade of experience in finance transformation, reporting, and commercial planning across both corporate and operational environments. Marcella is a Chartered Accountant who holds a Bachelor of Accounting & Finance from Macquarie University and is an Executive MBA candidate at AGSM business school at the University of New South Wales.
