(1) This order form is for the new
Apple iPhone 4S and is open to Telestar
affiliated customers and their extended
employees and their families. A promotion
code may be supplied to those interested
and will be required to qualify for this service.
(2) This iPhone 4S order registration is open
between 11 October and 30 November 2011.
(3) Prior to delivery of your new iPhone 4S,
Telestar will contact you to confirm if you would
like to proceed. At this time, you may be required
to satisfy a 100 point ID check for
identity and credit purposes. (4) The iPhone 4S
will launch Friday 14 October 2011. Once your application has been approved, a target
delivery timeframe of within 2 business days
exists. (Subject to Availability). (5) At no time
does Telestar make any guarantees over the availability of the iPhone 4S.
(6) Unless specifically stated, all prices provided are Ex.GST.
